Questions we are asked
How do I find out whether my zip code is available?
Enter a five-digit zip code in the territory register on the Reclaim territory page. The register returns whether that zip code is currently open or claimed, its tier and monthly price if open, and the nearest open territory if it is already held.
Can I hold more than one zip code?
Yes. Agents can hold multiple adjacent zip codes, and holding three or more zip codes reduces the referral fee due at closing from 20% to 15%.
What happens when a zip code I want is already claimed?
A claimed zip code is not available at any price while its holder is in term. Reclaim will identify the nearest open ground and, where the holder does not renew, the zip code returns to the open register.
