What we verify

Before a territory is confirmed we check that your real estate licence is active and in good standing in the state the zip code sits in, that you are affiliated with a Keller Williams market centre, and that the zip codes you asked for are genuinely open. If a zip has been claimed since you applied, we will say so on the call rather than substituting quietly.

What the call covers

One call, usually under thirty minutes. We walk the tier and the published price for each zip you want, the referral rate your terms earn, what supply the ground has actually produced, and what happens when you cannot pick up a transfer. You will be told which zips are open, which are not, and what is nearest.

What you are agreeing to

Nothing, until you sign. Submitting this application places you in the review order and authorises us to contact you about it. No payment method is collected here, no territory is reserved by submitting, and no charge is made until you confirm terms in writing.

Who is eligible

Reclaim territory is offered to licensed real estate agents affiliated with a Keller Williams market centre in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware.
