The operation,
in depth.
Reclaim is a live warm-transfer service: human callers work expired and FSBO sellers in your zip code, qualify them against a fixed standard, and bridge them to you while the seller is still on the line. This page describes every step of that operation — including what happens when it fails.
What does the ISA team actually do?
An ISA team is a small team of named callers assigned to a set of territories. Yours works your ground every business day, region hours, and every call it places ends in a logged disposition.
The day
Each morning the team pulls the day's list — that night's expirations and new FSBO records, already scrubbed. Fresh ground is dialed first: the closer to expiration, the more likely the seller answers undecided.
The dial
Manual, one call at a time, from a person pressing a button. Second and third attempts are spaced across the day and the week. No voicemail drops, no parallel dialing, no AI voice.
The record
Every dial ends in one of five dispositions, logged with a timestamp and, where a conversation happened, a recording. Your dashboard shows all of it — including the calls that went nowhere.
Where do the records come from?
Two sources: listings that expire in the MLS, and homes offered for sale by owner. Both are matched to your zip code before they enter the queue, and both carry their origin with them permanently.
Expired listings
A daily sweep of MLS expirations in your zip, cross-checked against relists and withdrawals so the team never dials a house that is already back on the market.
FSBO sellers
Owner-listed properties gathered from monitored listing sources, with contact numbers verified before they are queued. A FSBO record enters the same scrub as everything else.
Provenance
Every record stores its source and the timestamp of its last scrub. That provenance survives through the dial, the transfer, and the recording that lands in your dashboard.
What is the qualification standard?
Four criteria, confirmed out loud on every transfer. If any one of them fails, the seller is not bridged — the call becomes a booked callback or a logged no, never a transfer you have to sit through to disqualify.
What fails the standard
Curiosity about price, a house already relisted, a seller with no stated timeline. Those become callbacks or logged declines. You never take a bridge to find out the seller was not real.
Why it is fixed
A standard you can read is a standard you can audit. Every recording is scored against these four lines, and a transfer that missed one is a defect on our side, not yours.
What happens on the bridge?
The bridge is the handoff: the seller agrees to be connected, goes on a brief hold, and the caller dials you. From the seller's agreement to your first word is under a minute when you answer.
What happens if you miss it?
The seller is told when you will call, the callback is booked on the same call, and the record stays yours. A missed bridge is a scheduling problem, not a lost seller — nothing re-routes unless you decline it.
The window
Before the seller hangs up, the caller books a specific window — the seller picks it. You see it on your dashboard the moment it is set.
The retry
At the window, the team calls the seller back, re-confirms, and re-opens the bridge to you. The second bridge works exactly like the first.
The release
Only you can release a record on your ground. If you decline it, it returns to the queue with its history intact — and that decision is logged too.
What is the compliance posture?
Six standing controls, applied to every record and every call. They are written here exactly as they are enforced, because the producers who read this section closely are the ones who have been burned before.
Who are the callers? +
Named members of a standing team, introduced to you at onboarding. The same people work your ground every day — you will recognize their voices on the recordings.
What hours does the team dial? +
Region business hours, morning and evening blocks weighted to when sellers answer. Dialing never happens outside legal calling windows.
How do transfers reach my phone? +
The bridge dials any line you designate — your cell, your ISA, your ops manager. No app is required to take a transfer.
Can my team take the bridge instead of me? +
Yes. Route the bridge to anyone on your team; the territory stays in your name and the referral settles the same way.
Do I get the recordings? +
Yes — every transfer and every attempt that reached a person, posted to your dashboard with the disposition and the record’s provenance.
How is quality monitored? +
Recorded calls are scored weekly against QUAL-4. A transfer that missed a criterion is our defect, and it is flagged to you, not hidden.
What if a seller asks to stop? +
The number goes onto the internal suppression list on the spot, permanently, and the scrub blocks it from every future list.
Satisfied? Check your territory.
One agent holds each zip code. If yours is taken, we will tell you who is nearest that is not.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions we are asked
How does a Reclaim warm transfer work?
A Reclaim caller reaches a selling homeowner by manual dial, confirms the four qualification criteria on the call, tells the seller the name of the agent who covers their zip code, and then conferences that agent onto the live call and introduces them before dropping off. The seller is already on the line when the agent’s phone rings.
What happens if the agent misses a transfer?
If the territory holder does not pick up a live transfer, the Reclaim caller books a specific callback window with the seller rather than treating the record as lost. The record stays on the holder’s ground and is not offered to any other agent unless the holder declines it.
Does Reclaim use autodialers or robocalls?
No. Reclaim uses manual dialing only. Calls are not placed by an automatic telephone dialing system and no prerecorded or artificial voice messages are used, which keeps the operation outside the categories of calling that require prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
How does Reclaim handle Do Not Call compliance?
Reclaim scrubs its calling lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and against an internal suppression list before dialing, maintains provenance on every record, and suppresses a number permanently and immediately when a person asks to stop. Calls are recorded and the recording is disclosed to the person on the call.
How quickly after a listing expires does Reclaim call?
Reclaim works expired listings on a daily cadence rather than in weekly batches, because the window immediately after expiration is when a seller is most reachable and least contacted by anyone else.
