One agent per zip.
Yours or theirs.

Reclaim works expired and FSBO sellers across PA, NJ, and DE, all day, by hand — and transfers them live to the one Keller Williams agent who holds the zip code.

01 · THE PROPOSITION

Your phone rings. The person on the line is selling a house, and the house sits in a zip code only you can work. One of our callers found them, qualified them, and stayed on the bridge until you answered. That is the entire product — repeated all day, on ground that is yours.

03 · WHAT YOU OWN

The zip code is the product.

When you hold a zip, every qualified seller our calling team reaches inside it is bridged to you. Not first-to-answer. Not rotated. There is no second buyer for your ground, at any price.

19063 Media, PA CLAIMED · YOU

Every transfer in the zip

Each qualified seller we reach on your ground comes to you, live. No rotation, no shared tier, no overflow pool.

Callback rights

A missed transfer becomes a booked callback window. The record stays on your ground until you decline it.

First refusal at renewal

Your term renews to you first, at your tier's published rate. Nobody can buy your zip out from under you.

04 · THE OPERATION

Unglamorous, on purpose.

01

The team

A named team of callers works your market from 8am to 8pm. The same people dial your ground every day, and you know who they are.

02

The scrub

Every record is checked against the federal Do Not Call registry and our internal suppression list before it can be dialed. Provenance is stored per record.

03

The dial

Manual, one call at a time. No autodialer, no ringless voicemail, no AI voice. Slower by design, and the reason the calls are answerable and legal.

04

The standard

A transfer must meet four criteria, confirmed on the call: the owner intends to sell, holds no signed agreement, states a timeline, and the property sits in your zip.

05

The miss

If you cannot answer, the caller books a callback window with the seller and the record stays yours. Nothing re-routes unless you decline it.

05 · ECONOMICS

Every number, published.

Territory is priced by tier. The setup fee is fixed and waivable. The referral fee is the broker-to-broker fee KW agents already pay each other, settled through the Casventa rail at closing.

PREMIER

Top-demand, high-price zips — the Main Line, hot suburbs.

$800 / mo

or $8,000 upfront · setup waived

PRIME

Solid, sought-after mid-market zips.

$550 / mo

or $5,500 upfront · setup waived

STANDARD

Everyday zips with steady demand.

$350 / mo

or $3,500 upfront · setup waived

Setup — $299, one time

Covers zip scrub configuration, script personalization, dashboard and routing setup, and your ISA team briefing. Waived for agents who pay the base upfront.

Referral at closing — 15% or 20%

15% when you pay the base upfront or hold three or more zips. 20% when you hold fewer than three and pay monthly. Broker to broker, settled through the Casventa rail.

The build-it-yourself math

A capable in-house ISA is estimated at $58,000–$76,000 in year one, once salary, payroll taxes, dialer seats, data, recruiting and your own management hours are counted — the build-up is itemised on the pricing page. A Premier territory is $9,600 a year — and the ground comes with it.

07 · COMPLIANCE

Built to survive an audit.

If you have been burned by a lead vendor, read this section closely. It is written plainly because there is nothing to soften.

Manual dial only

Every call is placed by a person pressing a button. No autodialer, no ringless voicemail, no AI voice — which is what keeps calling expired listings inside TCPA.

Dual DNC scrub

Records are checked against the federal Do Not Call registry and our own suppression list before every dial, not once at import.

Recorded and disclosed

Calls are recorded with disclosure on the line, following each state’s consent rules. The recording comes to you with every transfer.

Provenance on every record

We store where every number came from and when it was last scrubbed. If a seller asks how we got their number, there is a true answer on file.

A licensed brokerage behind it

Casventa is a licensed Pennsylvania real estate brokerage — Trebol Ventures LLC d/b/a Casventa, Mechanicsburg, PA. Referral compensation moves broker to broker under written agreements between licensed brokers, never to anyone unlicensed.

Where Reclaim operates

Services are available only in markets where Casventa holds an active real estate license. Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware open first.

08 · QUESTIONS
What is a live transfer in real estate? +

A live transfer is a call where a trained caller reaches a selling homeowner, qualifies them, and bridges them to an agent while everyone is still on the line. Nothing is emailed, queued, or resold — the seller speaks to you or to no one.

Where do the sellers come from? +

Expired listings and FSBO sellers inside your zip code, worked daily by our calling team. Every record’s origin is stored and auditable.

What does zip exclusivity mean here? +

One agent holds each zip code, and every qualified transfer in it goes to that agent. There is no rotation, no shared tier, and no second buyer.

What counts as qualified? +

Four criteria, all confirmed on the call: the owner intends to sell, has no signed listing agreement, states a timeline, and the property sits in your zip.

What happens if I miss the transfer? +

The caller books a callback window with the seller and the record stays yours. Nothing re-routes unless you decline it.

Is calling expired listings legal? +

Yes, when it is done the way we do it: manual dial, dual DNC scrub, disclosed recording, and state-by-state rules observed. Our full compliance posture is published on the How Reclaim works page.

How is this different from buying leads? +

There is no list. You never receive a name to chase — you receive a person, on the phone, already qualified, in ground only you can work.

What does it cost? +

$350 to $800 a month depending on tier, a one-time $299 setup that is waived if you pay the base upfront, and a referral fee at closing: 15% if you pay upfront or hold three or more zips, 20% otherwise.

Can I hold more than one zip? +

Yes. Adjacent zips are priced by their own tier, and existing holders get first look when neighboring ground opens.

Do I have to be at Keller Williams? +

Yes. Reclaim runs on Casventa’s KW referral rail, and the broker-to-broker fee settles inside it at closing.

What if my territory underperforms? +

Territories are month-to-month, and you can release at any renewal. Expired and FSBO supply per zip is published on the Territory page, so you can judge the ground before you claim it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions we are asked

What is Reclaim?

Reclaim is a live warm-transfer service for Keller Williams listing agents, operated by Casventa, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate brokerage. A named calling team works expired-listing and for-sale-by-owner sellers by manual dial across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, qualifies them against a four-point standard, and bridges the seller live onto the phone with the single agent who holds that zip code.

What does "one agent per zip code" mean?

Each Reclaim zip code is held by exactly one Keller Williams agent at a time. Every qualified seller transfer originating in that zip code goes to that agent and to nobody else. Reclaim does not resell, rotate, tier or re-market a seller to a second agent, and the holder has first refusal on renewal at the published rate.

How much does a Reclaim territory cost?

Reclaim territory is priced in three tiers: Premier at $800 per month, Prime at $550 per month and Standard at $350 per month. A one-time setup fee of $299 per zip code applies to monthly terms and is waived when twelve months are paid upfront. A referral fee is due to Casventa at closing — 15% for agents paying upfront or holding three or more zip codes, and 20% otherwise.

Which areas does Reclaim cover?

Reclaim currently operates in a corridor spanning Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Zip codes outside that corridor can join a waitlist for new markets.

Is Reclaim affiliated with Keller Williams Realty?

No. Reclaim and Casventa are independent of Keller Williams Realty, Inc., and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Keller Williams. Reclaim chooses to work only with Keller Williams agents as a matter of its own network standard.

How is a seller qualified before transfer?

A seller must meet four criteria before Reclaim bridges the call: the owner states in their own words that they intend to sell, no signed listing agreement is currently in force with any brokerage, a concrete selling timeline is stated rather than a vague intention, and the property address sits inside the territory holder’s zip code as confirmed on the call.
