RECLAIM BY CASVENTA
PRICING · EVERY NUMBER, PUBLISHED

The price of
the ground.

Three numbers decide what Reclaim costs you: the base for your tier, a one-time setup that most agents never pay, and a referral fee that only exists when a transfer closes. All three are on this page. None of them are negotiable, which is the point — the agent in the next zip pays what you pay.

01 · THE BASE

Priced by tier, fixed while you hold it.

Every zip carries one of three tiers, assigned by sale prices, listing volume, and how much expired and FSBO supply surfaces there. Your base never moves during your term, and renewal comes to you first at the published rate.

PREMIER

Top-demand, high-price zips — the Main Line, hot suburbs.

$800 / mo

or $8,000 upfront · setup waived · 15% referral

PRIME

Solid, sought-after mid-market zips.

$550 / mo

or $5,500 upfront · setup waived · 15% referral

STANDARD

Everyday zips with steady demand.

$350 / mo

or $3,500 upfront · setup waived · 15% referral

Which tier a given zip carries is published on the Territory register, next to its supply numbers. Month-to-month after the first term; release at any renewal.

02 · THE OTHER TWO NUMBERS

Setup — $299, one time

Covers zip scrub configuration, script personalization, dashboard and routing setup, and your ISA team briefing. Waived for agents who pay the base upfront.

Referral at closing — 15% or 20%

15% when you pay the base upfront or hold three or more zips. 20% when you hold fewer than three and pay monthly. Broker to broker, under a written referral agreement, settled through the Casventa rail at closing. If nothing closes, nothing is owed.

04 · THE ALTERNATIVE

What building it yourself costs.

The honest comparison is not against other lead vendors — it is against hiring. This is what a competent in-house calling operation costs before it books its first appointment.

Base salary, entry-level ISA $36,000–$45,000
Payroll taxes and benefits (~20%) $7,200–$9,000
Dialer seat, data, and CRM tooling $4,800–$7,000
Recruiting and 90-day ramp $4,000–$6,000
Your management hours, priced at your split $6,000–$9,000
In-house ISA, year one $58,000–$76,000
Premier territory, year one — paid upfront $8,000

And the ISA does not come with exclusive ground. The territory does.

05 · STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Is there a contract?

A first term, then month to month. You can release your territory at any renewal, and your zip returns to the open register the same day.

What does the base actually buy?

The team’s daily calling on your ground, the scrubs, the routing, the recorded transfers, and the exclusivity itself. It is not a per-lead charge — there is no per-lead charge.

When is the referral fee owed?

Only at closing, on transactions that began as a Reclaim transfer. It moves broker to broker through the Casventa rail — you never write a check.

Can I mix tiers across my zips?

Yes. Each zip is priced at its own tier. The 3-zip referral discount counts zips, not tiers.

Does the upfront option renew upfront?

Your choice at each renewal: stay upfront and keep the 15% rate and the setup waiver, or switch to monthly.

What if my zip’s tier changes?

Tiers are re-assessed annually against the Index, but never mid-term. If your zip moves tiers, you renew at the new published rate — after right of first refusal, like always.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions we are asked

What is included in the Reclaim setup fee?

The one-time $299 per-zip setup fee covers territory briefing of the calling team on that specific ground, list build and provenance verification for the zip code, transfer routing and phone configuration for the holder, and reporting setup. The setup fee is waived when twelve months are paid upfront.

What is the Reclaim referral fee?

Casventa is paid a referral fee at closing on transactions originating from a Reclaim transfer: 15% of the commission for agents who pay twelve months upfront or who hold three or more zip codes, and 20% otherwise. The referral moves broker-to-broker under a written referral agreement between licensed brokers.

Is there a contract or minimum term?

Reclaim territory is held on a twelve-month term, either paid monthly with a setup fee or paid upfront with the setup fee waived. The holder has first refusal at renewal at the published rate for that tier.

What happens if a territory does not produce?

Territory performance is reviewed against the supply figures published for that zip code. Where Reclaim materially under-delivers against the ground it sold, the holder can move to adjacent open ground or exit at the review point. The specific remedy is set out in the territory agreement and confirmed on the verification call before anything is charged.

How is Reclaim priced compared to hiring an inside sales agent?

A directly employed inside sales agent in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware market is estimated to cost $58,000 to $76,000 in year one once salary, payroll taxes, dialer seats, data subscriptions, recruiting and management time are counted. Reclaim territory runs $350 to $800 per month per zip code with no employment, no dialer licence and no recruiting.
