These terms cover your use of reclaim.casventa.com, run by Trebol Ventures LLC, doing business as Casventa ("Casventa"). By using the site you agree to them. If you become a Reclaim agent, the Agent Participation Agreement you sign governs the service itself and controls wherever it differs from this page.
Who Reclaim is for
Reclaim is offered to licensed real estate agents in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland whose brokerage has signed a referral agreement with Casventa. Applying does not guarantee approval or that any zip code is available.
What the site shows
Zip availability changes as agents claim and release zips. The map and search show our records at the time you look and are not a reservation. A zip is yours only when your claim is confirmed in the app.
Prices shown are the current published prices. Your price is the one shown when you claim, and it is fixed for your term. Referral fees are owed by your brokerage only when a transferred seller closes with you, as set out in the agreements.
Examples on this site, including names, addresses and figures in product previews, are illustrations. Reclaim does not promise any number of transfers, appointments, listings or closings.
Your use of the site
Do not misuse the site: no scraping, no attempts to get around security, no false applications, and no use of the site to harass anyone. We may block access to protect the service.
Our content
The Reclaim and Casventa names, marks, text, graphics and software belong to Casventa or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

Casventa is an independent company. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Keller Williams Realty, Inc. References to Keller Williams describe the agents Reclaim serves.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Casventa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, and its total liability for the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits rights you have under a signed agreement with Casventa or that the law does not allow to be limited.
