Reclaim is a service of Trebol Ventures LLC, doing business as Casventa ("Casventa", "we"), a licensed Pennsylvania real estate brokerage at 700 Bent Creek Blvd, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. This notice covers reclaim.casventa.com, the Reclaim app, and the calls Reclaim makes.
What we collect
From real estate agents who apply or use Reclaim: your name, email, phone number, brokerage or market center, license number and state, the zip codes you ask about or hold, your sign-in details, your activity in the app, and billing records. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Casventa.
About property owners we call: the property address, the owner name and phone number, and listing facts such as list price and listing dates. This comes from public listing records and from data providers. We also keep notes from the call, the outcome, and a recording of the call where the law allows and after the notice the law requires.
From visitors to this site: the zip codes you search, the pages you view, and basic device and browser information.
How we use it
To review applications, run the service, hand interested owners to the agent who holds their zip, bill for zips, prevent misuse, meet our legal duties (including Do Not Call rules and brokerage record keeping), and improve Reclaim.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
With the agent who holds the zip, when an owner agrees to speak with an agent. With the agent's brokerage, for referral and closing records. With companies that provide services to us, such as calling, email, hosting and payment, who may use it only to provide those services. With authorities when the law requires it.
Owners: your choices
If we called you and you do not want further calls, tell the caller, call (844) 926-2402, or email hello@casventa.com. We add your number to our internal do-not-call list and stop calling. You can also ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it.
Agents: your choices
You can update your phone number and email preferences in Settings. Notices about transfers, your standing and your account are part of the service and cannot be turned off. To close your account or ask for a copy of your information, email hello@casventa.com.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to run the service and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements, then delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We limit access to people who need it, encrypt data in transit, and log access to records. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you as the law requires.
