reclaimWho calls and why
Reclaim's inside sales agents work for Trebol Ventures LLC, doing business as Casventa, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate brokerage. We call owners of homes whose listing has expired and owners selling their home themselves, to ask whether they would like to speak with a local agent. We tell you who we are and why we are calling at the start of every call.
Before we dial
Every number is checked against the National Do Not Call Registry, the state lists that apply, and our own internal do-not-call list before it can be dialed. A number on any of those lists is not called.
We call only during permitted calling hours in your time zone. Our system blocks dials outside those hours.
On the call
Calls may be recorded for quality and for our records. Where the law requires it, we tell you at the start and do not record if you object.
We connect you with an agent only if you say you want to talk to one. The agent you speak with is the single Reclaim agent serving your zip code.
We do not use prerecorded or artificial voice messages to sell.
How to stop the calls
Tell the caller you do not want to be called, call (844) 926-2402, or email hello@casventa.com with the phone number. We add the number to our internal do-not-call list promptly and it stays there. You do not need to give a reason.
Our records
We keep a record of where each number came from, each Do Not Call check, every call and how it ended, so that any question about a call can be answered.
